National Quality Awards –
The Base of National Competitiveness

Dear
friends and colleagues!
On
behalf of the Ukrainian Association for Quality (UAQ) – National
Representative of the European Organisation for Quality (EOQ) I
would like to invite you to participate at the 8th
International Conference of the Central and Eastern European
Countries, which will be held in Kiev - the capital of
Ukraine on December 10-12, 2008 under the slogan “National
Quality Programs and National Quality Awards – The Base of
National Competitiveness in the Global Market”.
The
Conference is organized by EOQ and UAQ. The Conference is
organized under the auspices of the Quality Leaders Club of the
Central and Eastern European Countries, the International Guild
for Quality Professionals, state and public organizations of
Ukraine and other countries of the Central and Eastern Europe.
Conference goal is to provide the specialists of
countries-participants with opportunity to share experience and
knowledge on various aspects of development of national
movements for quality and excellence focused on increase of
competitiveness of companies and economics, improvement of
people life. During the plenary sessions, seminars, round tables
participants will have the opportunity to establish business
contacts, to share ideas and suggestions, to discuss problems
and elaborate solutions.
Among others we plan to consider experience of the Ukrainian
Association for Quality concerning the development of movement
for quality and excellence in Ukraine and assistance for
coordination and development of such movement in the countries
of the Central and Eastern Europe.
During the Conference the results and best enterprises – winners
of the 4th International Quality Tournament of the Central and
Eastern European countries will be presented. Companies
participants of the Tournaments are the winners of the National
Quality Awards of their countries.
Participants of the Conference will have the opportunity to
acquaint with unique cultural memorials of Kiev, which history
is more than 15 Ages.
